One can deduce from all these issues that there is, there was and there will always be conflict between state and central government because two group or two person have different thoughts and way of working. A line similar to this said by Sonia Gandhi “we have faced enormous problem before and we will face similar ahead”. Central government is spending a lot of money but all the money are consumed by state government people and at the end there is a loss of public. To overcum all these problems the easiest way is Central and State government should be the same and people have to think about it as a big because it is we who formed the governmet.
